This document sets forth the policy of the Sacramento Suburban Water District concerning the establishment of Improvement Standards and Technical Specifications for the design and construction of improvements to the water works of the District. Improvement Standards and Technical Specifications are necessary to require minimum acceptable quality of design and construction of water infrastructure improvements.
All improvements, modifications, and repairs to the District's water system will be planned, designed, and constructed in conformance with these Improvement Standards and Technical Specifications, any applicable District Regulations, and with any applicable special conditions that have been approved by the District.
