Beyerford Heights Main Replacement Project

This project involved the installation of 7,700 feet of new 12” water mains and 12,000 feet of 8” water mains. A total of 48 fire hydrants were either replaced or upgraded as part of this project. In addition, approximately 282 meters were installed, including new house service lines to the residences. The project is bounded by Marconi Avenue, Mission Avenue, El Camino Avenue, and Eastern Avenue.

Construction was completed in November 2008. The total project cost was $3.9 million.
