Fulton Oaks Water Main Replacement Project

Construction of the Fulton Oaks Water Main Replacement Project was completed in March 2008. This $3.5 million dollar project constructed approximately 8.040 feet (1.5 miles) of new 6, 8 and 12-inch diameter water mains.

This project installed new water mains to replace aging and undersized pipelines from backyards to the public right-of-way, installation of new fire hydrants including upgrades of existing hydrants and new-metered water services. The streets involved on this project were Alta Arden Expressway, Arden Way, Anderson Way, Armstrong Way, Avondale Avenue, Bonnie Way, Geneva Place, Gerald Avenue, Kubel Circle and Morse Avenue.
