Highland Oaks Main Replacement Project

Construction of the Highland Oaks Water Main Replacement Project was completed in March 2008. This $2 million dollar project constructed approximately 5,500 linear feet (over 1 mile) of new 8 and 12-inch diameter water mains.

This project replaced aging and undersized pipelines from backyards to the public right-of-way including installatin of new fire hydrants and upgrades of existing fire hydrants and new metered water services. The streets involved on this project were Arden Way, Cooper Way, Fulton Avenue, Hilldale Road and Maison Way.
