Nickels Way/Joby Lane Main Replacement Project

During this project two existing small diameter water mains on Nickels Way west of Joby were replaced. Included with this project were new water services with meters, fire hydrant and water main, all of which replaced the existing facilities.

The 250 feet of old, aging, smaller diameter water main, previously located in the backyard, were abandoned and replaced by new water main in the public right of way. This main replacement improved water quality to customers and enhance flows and pressures to the area. Construction was completed in 2007.
