Winona Way Improvement Project

This project, in the SSWD's North Service Area on Winona Way from Watt Avenue east to Palomino Lane, connected two existing dead end water mains and relocated three existing backyard water services with new metered water services on Winona Way. The installation provided the looping of the facilities to enhance fire flow and allowed the abandonment of 300 feet of backyard water mains including services. Construction was completed in 2007.
