Country Club Estates #1 Main Replacement Project

The Country Club Estates #1 Main Replacement Project will begin construction in June 2006. Completion is scheduled for September, 2006. This $1.1 million project will construct approximately 4,500 linear feet of 8 and 12-inch diameter water pipeline.

This project includes replacing the aging pipeline from the backyard to the public right of way in the street as well as fire hydrants and 104 new metered water services. Streets involved on this project are Pope Avenue, Fulton Avenue, Echo Way, Lassen Way and Rubicon Way.
