Fulton Oaks Water Main Replacement Project
Construction of t he Fulton Oaks Water Main Replacement Project began in September 2007 and is expected to take 6 months to complete. This $3.5 million dollar project constructs approximately 5,500 linear feet (1.04 miles) of new 6, 8 and 12-inch diameter water mains.
This project provides new water mains to replace aging and undersized pipeline from backyards to the public right-of-way, installation of new fire hydrants including upgrade of existing hydrants and new-metered water services. The streets involved on this project are Alta Arden Expressway, Arden Way, Anderson Way, Armstrong Way, Avondale Avenue, Bonnie Way, Geneva Place, Gerald Avenue, Kubel Circle and Morse Avenue.
