Welcome to SSWD's Customer E-Service Center. By choosing one of the options below, you can make changes to your account or take advantage of SSWD's Online Billing Service where you can pay your bill online, view your monthly statements or sign up for e-billing.

If you have any difficulties with the Customer E-Service Center, please call the Customer Service Team at 916.972.7171 during business hours for assistance.

Start Water Service

SSWD is committed to Customer Service. If you have just moved into our service area, an on-line pdf version of the Application for Water Service is available. Please download the application, fill in the form, then sign and date at the bottom. Save a copy for your records and submit the completed form by using one of the following methods:

Online Billing Service

Register Online
To use the options in Online Billing Service, you must first register with a valid email address and password. After registering online, you can access the following options:

  • Pay Your Bill Online - Use your Visa or MasterCard credit/debit card to pay your bill online.

  • View your account history and statements - View 12 months of your account history from any computer.

  • E-billing - Go paperless and receive your monthly water statement electronically. No paper bill will be mailed.

    • Once you have registered online and logged on to your account, choose "Electronic Billing" on the top menu bar.

    • Next, choose "Edit" under Action.

    • Finally, select the drop down for the "Delivery Method" and choose "Email." Type in the email address where you want your e-bill delivered to every month. This can be the same email address registered to your online account or a different email address.
