Sacramento Suburban Water District (SSWD) Financing Corporation is a California nonprofit public benefit corporation. The Corporation is a successor in interest to the Arcade Water District Financing Corporation, which was formed under Articles of Incorporation filed in December 1997 with the California Secretary of State.

Sacramento Suburban Water District Financing Corporation Annual Board meeting is held one hour prior to the SSWD Board of Directors Regular Board Meeting every February (typically 6:00 p.m.) in the Board Room at the District's administrative office located at 3701 Marconi Avenue, Suite 100, Sacramento, CA 95821 (see map). Board meetings are open to the public. Attendance and participation is welcomed and encouraged.
