The Transmission Main Asset Management Plan (Plan) provides a strategy for the assessment, monitoring, rehabilitation, and replacement of transmission mains and is intended to be used as a tool for communication between District's staff and the Board of Directors to prioritize transmission main projects.  Furthermore, it is to be used as a planning tool during Capital Improvement Program (CIP) budget discussions with the Board.

The District’s Asset Management Plans are used as a planning tool, and during annual capital improvement program (CIP) budget discussions with the Board. They do not represent a financial commitment by the Board, other than those CIP funds already approved.
