SSWD offers many convenient and easy ways to pay your monthly bill, including:
  • Online access 24 hours a day via the Customer Portal to

    • View and pay your bill using a variety of payment methods: card, bank account, and digital wallet options
    • Set up recurring card or bank account payments
    • Schedule one-time future payments
    • Set up paperless billing
    • View billing and payment history
    • Check your water usage 
  •  By Phone using our automated system at 916-972-7171

    • Visa, MasterCard or Discover
    • Bank Account
  • In Person at the Administrative Office at 3701 Marconi Avenue (M-F, 8-4:30)

    • Cash
    • Check or Money Order
  • Mail your payment to

    • Sacramento Suburban Water District
       PO Box 1420
       Suisun City, CA 94585-4420 
  • Using your bank's bill pay service

    • Use the above PO Box as the payment address 
    •  Make sure to enter your account number carefully to ensure correct application of your payment
